Policies and Procedures for Summer Dance Intensive

Dancemaker Studio will be holding a Summer Dance Intensive for older dancers who want to have fun, level up on their technique, and sharpen their skills this summer! Summer Dance is always fun and valuable for those who can join us.

There will be one 4-day session this year, and the cost will be $100. The dates will be June 22-25, 2026. Each day we will dance from 1:00pm - 3:30pm

Each session will include ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Each day your dancer will need to bring their ballet shoes, jazz shoes and sneakers for hip hop. We will not be using pointe shoes for these classes.

Please be on time picking up and dropping off your child. I will not be able to supervise children for more than a few minutes before their class begins, or after their class has ended. Please do not drop off dancers more than 10 minutes before their class begins.

By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree that I am also aware of the nature of the classes offered by Dancemaker Studio LLC, and hereby assume responsibility for my child to participate. I also release Dancemaker Studio LLC, from all claims on account of any injury which may be sustained by my child while attending any dance class in person, any event associated with dance, online dance or virtual dance class, or performance with Dancemaker Studio LLC.

By checking this box, I also affirm that I carry and will continue to carry proper medical, health, hospitalization, and accident insurance which I consider adequate for the protection of my child. I also give permission for my child to be photographed for the lawful purpose of publicity and for web content.
